Jealousy is simply and clearly the fear that you do not have value. Jealousy scans for evidence to prove the point - that others will be preferred and rewarded more than you. There is only one alternative - self-value. If you cannot love yourself, you will not believe that you are loved. You will always think it's a mistake or luck. Take your eyes off others and turn the scanner within. Find the seeds of your jealousy, clear the old voices and experiences. Put all the energy into building your personal and emotional security. Then you will be the one others envy, and you can remember the pain and reach out to them.

Overcome Jealousy
Jealousy springs from insecurity because you might think that you are not as smart, capable, attractive, popular, or accomplished as others. This insecurity makes you feel angry and hurt.
These negative feelings will permeate every aspect of your life, especially your relationships with other people, and block any hope of a joyful life.
Only by changing your perception of yourself can you overcome jealousy. Work on the areas of your life where you feel inadequate in order to boost your self-esteem and sense of confidence.
Everyone is blessed with a unique set of strengths and talents. Make the most of the ones you have and be proud of your accomplishments. Don’t continually compare yourself to others. You are special in your own right.
In the words of Abraham Lincoln, “Whatever you are, be a good one.”
Stand tall and be confident that you are the best that you can be! Then you will have no reason to be jealous of others.
